FNCTN is run by FNCTN Co. This page explains what data this website collects, what we do with it, and how to have it removed. Last updated 23 August 2026.
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter and the protocol you select, DAY, NIGHT or both. We also record which part of the site you were on when you signed up, the date you signed up, and a flag marking you as an early member.
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics collects standard usage data: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, address or payment details anywhere on this site, because nothing here takes payment.
The waitlist exists so we can tell you when FNCTN ships and honour founder pricing for the first 500 members. Your protocol choice tells us roughly how much of each to make. The signup source tells us which parts of the site are doing their job.
Analytics tells us which pages people read and where they came from, so we can spend attention on the parts that matter.
Klaviyo stores waitlist signups and sends the emails we send you. Their servers are outside India, so joining the waitlist means your email address is transferred abroad.
Netlify hosts this website and, as any web host does, processes the requests your browser makes, including your IP address.
Google Analytics processes usage data, but only if you accepted analytics. Google may transfer that data outside India.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors named here.
The site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets cookies, and only loads once you press Accept on the banner. If you press Decline, the analytics tag never loads and no analytics cookies are set.
Your choice is remembered in your browser. Clearing your browser storage will bring the banner back.
Waitlist signups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link.
Emails you send us are kept as long as they are useful for answering you.
Analytics data is retained according to the period set in our Google Analytics property.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent for marketing email at any time via the unsubscribe link, and withdraw analytics consent by clearing your browser storage and choosing Decline.
To make any of these requests, email us. We will respond within a reasonable period and will not charge you for it.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page. We recommend checking it if you have been away for a while.
